Message by the Festival Organisers
The world of cinema has always fascinated me, as images and stories opened a new world of fantasy, landscapes and viewpoints that only film can transcend the boundaries of a world beyond my imagination. Films changed the world. The thrill of sitting in a dark cinema and watching great films on the big screen was and still is my favourite pastime. Then I discovered the other world of short films because filmmakers keep making films and short films as an art form keeps evolving. With the advent of new technologies, film making is now more affordable.

Mission Statement
The festival promises to strengthen its objectives to offer a platform for local talent in filmmaking to the largest and most diverse audience possible – the second to function as an educational forum for film preciation – and thirdly to promote Malta as a country with a strong reputation in the organization of quality film festivals.
